The Briar Village tennis courts are open to anyone living in Briar Village that is current on their maintenance fees. The courts have recently been refurbished and are lighted for nighttime play. Players are reminded to turn out the lights and please lock the gates when leaving.

One tennis key per household can be purchased for $20.00 and obtained through the management company (RCM at 281-493-5400). Fill out the form for Keys or Pool Tags.

Keys returned will generate a $10.00 refund.

Tennis courts are for tennis only, but may be used for other board-approved Briar Village sporting activities.

Players should observe the following tennis court rules.

While playing tennis, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
Absolutely no roller skating, roller blading, skateboards or scooters are permitted on the courts.
Rubber spikes or metal cleats will not be worn on the courts. Only tennis or court shoes accepted.
Eating or drinking (other than water) will not be permitted on the courts.
Smoking will not allowed on the courts.
Loud or abusive language will not be permitted.
Non-resident tennis guests will be limited to three per resident adult.
Tennis hours of operation will be observed.
Briar Village tennis court keys cannot be duplicated. The cost to replace a lost court key is $25.00.
